Weiss and Ann T. Mitchell to fill a void. Although Florida Real Estate Appraisers are a licensed, state regulated group of professionals with a number of political interests, they did not have a collective voice of their own, until now. There is pertinent legislation up for debate and FAREA seeks to provide a platform for Real Estate Appraisers throughout Florida. When appraisers bind together and make their case, a multitude of professional interests can be served. Networking, education and training, marketing and even customer leads can all be obtained using FAREA, but you can’t benefit if you aren’t a part of it. JOIN this charter organization now to make legislators, industry associates and the general public aware of the valuable role you serve as a professional real estate appraiser.
